Airside Operations and Groundskeeping Officer
Are you passionate about aviation and enjoy working outdoors? Join our team and help keep Guernsey's skies safe!
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities:
✅ Airside Operations. Conduct regular operational runway inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing wildlife control measures.
✅ Groundskeeping. Help to maintain the airport grounds including mowing and habitat control.
✅ Safety. Conduct security checks and monitor access to the airfield.
✅ Emergency Response. Prepare for and assist with emergency response procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, a willingness to work in all weather conditions and have a full driving licence.
We will support you to achieve relevant qualifications and certifications (such as a firearms and pesticide applicator licenses)

Business Support Officer
Are you a well-organised administration professional looking for a change of scenery? We are recruiting a Business Support Officer to join our team at Guernsey Ports!
Working across Guernsey Harbours and Guernsey Airport, we are looking for someone who is well-organised with great interpersonal skills.
Our Business Support Officers are at the heart of what we do, and you’ll work closely with our harbours and airport teams.
The role has great variety, with responsibilities including:
✅ Processing security passes at the airport and harbours, ensuring that applications meet regulatory requirements.
✅ Organising meetings, drafting agendas, producing minutes and recording action points
✅ Recording various forms of aviation and maritime data, both manually and through the Ports operational management system
✅ Creating purchase orders for equipment, supplies and services, ensuring good value for money
This role offers a competitive salary, on-site parking and office space overlooking our harbours and airfield.
The salary range is £35,614 - £46,339, depending on experience.

Airport Air Traffic Engineer
We are looking for an Airport Air Traffic Engineer to join the team at Guernsey Ports.
The post holder will be expected to provide ground-based support services to the Air Navigation Services Provider (ANSP) at both Guernsey and Alderney Airports, and as a trained and competent Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP), provide support and ensure the integrity of those electronic and computer-based systems.
The salary range is £50,734 - £62,043 per annum (+32.5% consolidation pay upon completion of ATSEP Training)
